To run the franchise sucessfully all you will need to do is delivery, collection and running though the working of the tub and chemicals with customers. Plus a little time on administration.

And the costs I hear you ask, well here goes:

Petrol: approx £50 per month (depending on area covered)
Insurance: approx £40 per month (you don't want to get sued!)
The tub: approx £43 per month for a 5 seat model (assuming a tub will last 3 years and be sold off for £500)

£1480 - £50 - £40 - £43 - £17 = £1330 approx net profit per month

Out of this we do recomend you spend 20% on local adversiting in peak season.

That a fair amount to substitute anybody income. Now remember that you wont be bringing in £1480 all year round, however people have birthdays all year round, and christmas and new year is normally a manic time for us, in addition to the normally hot tub season (April - September).
