Frequently Asked Questions

1) What will I need to supply

- Electrical connection within 4m of the location of the tub
- Hose Pipe and water
- A flat surface free of sharp objects and capable of supporting 1 tonne approx 2.2m square.
(note some decking may not be able to support this weight)
- Electricity to run the hot tub

2) Do your prices include delivery.

Yes they do include both delivery and collection to mainland England and Wales. We do not hire to Scotland or Northern Ireland

3) Do you do more than weekend only hire.

Yes we do, If you would like the hot tub for more than a weekend we can collect the following Monday for an additional £85.

4) How easy are the hot tubs to set up.

Set up typically takes around 20 mins, with a further 40 mins to fill with the hose. We supply full instructions online video to assist you. Video can seen here:

5) How long does the hot tub take to heat

Heating normally takes around 14 hours or overnight. If you wish to speed this up you can attach it to your inside tap and fill it with hot water from your house.

6) Do you supply any other hot tubs other than the Prague.

Unfortunatly we do not, If your require a bigger tub why not get two tubs, We can offer a discount for multiple hot tubs.

7) How do you deliver and pick up the hot tub.

Delivery and collection is made by Courier Delivery between 9am and 5pm. This can be made to your home or place of work. The hot tub can fit into a car boot if necasery. Please email us the details of this if different from your card address.
